Penang Therapy Terms and Conditions for Clients
1. Introduction
- These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for clients booking massage services with Penang Therapy.
2. Booking and Payment
- All appointments must be booked at least 60 to 90 minutes in advance.
- Payments for services must be made at the time of booking through the provided payment methods (cash or upi)
- Clients are responsible for paying two-way travel charges, which depend on the therapist’s location and transportation method (cab or auto-rickshaw).
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellation Policy: If you choose to cancel after the therapist’s arrival, you will be responsible for the full payment of the services booked.
4. Service Standards
- Penang Therapy provides only professional massage services. Clients are informed that any engagement in illegal activities during a session will result in immediate termination of services.
- In such cases, Penang Therapy reserves the right to take legal action against the client, report the incident to relevant authorities or other service providers, and prohibit future bookings.
5. Client Conduct
- Clients are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately towards therapists
- Any form of harassment, discrimination, or unprofessional behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of services without a refund.
6. Health and Safety
- Clients must disclose any relevant health conditions or allergies at the time of booking to ensure a safe and effective massage session.
- Penang Therapy reserves the right to refuse service if a client’s health condition is deemed unsuitable for massage therapy.
7. Alcohol Consumption
- Clients agree not to consume alcohol or any intoxicating substances before or during the massage session, as it may impair judgment and hinder the therapeutic benefits of the session.
8. Confidentiality
- All client information is kept confidential and is used solely for the purpose of providing the best possible service.
- Penang Therapy complies with data protection laws and ensures that client information is securely stored.
9. Liability
- Penang Therapy is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or will ful misconduct by the therapist.
- Clients are responsible for their own health and well-being during and after the massage session.
10. Feedback and Complaints
- Client feedback is highly valued and helps us improve our services. Please provide feedback through the provided channels.
- Any complaints should be directed to our customer service team, who will address the issue promptly and fairly.
11. Amendments
- Penang Therapy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
12. Additional Terms:
- If a therapist demands any extra services or additional payments beyond the agreed service, the client must inform us immediately. We do not condone or encourage such behaviour.
- Clients are responsible for keeping their valuable belongings safe during the session. Penang Therapy is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

- I understand that Penang Therapy provides professional and ethical massage services.
- I acknowledge that the prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
- I agree to pay the two-way travel charges based on the therapist’s location and transportation method.
- I confirm that I am booking a legitimate massage service and not requesting any illegal activities.
- I agree not to consume alcohol or any intoxicating substances before or during the massage session, as it may impair judgment and hinder the therapeutic benefits of the session.
- I confirm that the information provided is accurate, and I consent to receive communication from Penang Therapy regarding my appointment.
