  • ✅ Marketing Support: We handle advertising and customer outreach for you.
  • ✅ Easy Booking System: Receive job requests directly through WhatsApp.
  • ✅ Professional Services Only: We only provide professional massage services.
  • ✅ Your Success Matters: Positive ratings and reviews will bring you more bookings.

Penang Therapy – Terms and Conditions for Therapists

1. Introduction

  • Welcome to Penang Therapy. These rules explain what is expected from therapists who work with us.

2. Eligibility

  • You must provide proof of identity, address, and certificates before starting.
  • If you don’t have a certificate, we can help you get one.

3. Work Status

  • You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Penang Therapy.
  • You are responsible for paying your own taxes and insurance.
  • Payment: You will get a 50% commission on service charges.
  • Travel Charges: Clients will pay for your travel directly.

4. Service Standards

  • Always maintain professional behavior and respect your clients.
  • Only professional massage services are allowed.
  • If you or a client engage in illegal activities, your contract will be ended immediately, and Penang Therapy will not be responsible.

5. Booking and Scheduling

  • Accept appointments quickly when you receive details.
  • Reach clint place on time for your appointments.
  • We usually book sessions 60 to 90 minutes in advance to give you time to prepare.
  • If you need leave or time off, inform us before bookings are made.
  • If you cancel a confirmed booking, you might have to pay a penalty of ₹1,000.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Keep all client information private.
  • Do not share client details with anyone.

7. Equipment and Supplies

  • You must bring your own equipment and supplies.
  • Make sure everything is clean and in good condition.
  • Always carry:
    • Massage oil
    • Massage cream
    • Disposable bed sheets

8. Behavior and Conduct

  • Always behave professionally and respectfully.
  • Rude or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Any harassment or discrimination will result in termination of your contract.

9. Health and Safety

  • Follow health and safety guidelines to keep yourself and your clients safe.

10. Payment

  • Payment rules will be explained clearly before you start working.
  • You must collect money directly from clients after each session.
  • At the end of the day, have to pay the company’s share.

11. Security deposit

  • We collect a ₹5,000 advance from every new partner. This is refundable when you leave company.
  • The advance is to provide your agreement and ID card (confirmation from your side).
  • If you do not have the amount upfront, you can pay after completing 5 to 6 appointments.

12. Ending the Agreement

  • You or Penang Therapy can end the agreement with 30 days’ notice.
  • Penang Therapy can end the agreement immediately if any rules are broken.
